False information can be cited as an example of the problem in the country. Ayalew (Dr.), a lecturer in journalism and communication studies at Bahir Dar University, told us that the current use of social media is becoming unstable.
According to the teacher, social media is a place where anyone can write information they want, and they have been observed to release unreliable information.
This, he said, is creating a misunderstanding in the community. He said the solution to the problem is to solve the problem in an organized way, especially when the country is in crisis.
He also said that the government should establish a system that can provide accurate information to the public in an organized manner. Otherwise, they point out that society can be affected by false information.
He said the public should protect itself and the country by ensuring that it is protected from the media and government bodies instead of accepting all the information that is released.
